I love orchids and try growing them.
This is not an orchid; it is tillandsia - Tillandsia ionantha.
Is this an outdoor plant, and what zone will it grow in? I am not familiar with it.
It is indoor plant for Wisconsin (I live in WI). This plant is very easy. I think you are familiar with "Spanish moss" a.k.a. Tillandsia usneoides.
